How it works

How to Sell Jewelry, Diamonds, Watches and Gold in Beverly Hills

Selling something valuable should be simple and private. Send photos first or bring the piece straight in, get a clear explanation of what it is worth, and leave paid the same day when you accept.

  • Private and discreet
  • Same day payment available
  • No obligation
Two ways to sell

Start Online or Come Straight In

Online appraisal is the fast first step: send photos and basic details and we reply with a market based estimate. A private appointment at 8308 Wilshire Blvd is the complete version, with testing, verification and a same day offer when you accept. Single items usually move quickly. Collections and estates take a little longer, because every piece is sorted and valued on its own.

The process

Three Steps From Item to Payment

  • Bring your items, or send photos first

Jewelry, diamonds, watches, gold, coins, bars or a full mixed collection. If you started online, bring the same pieces in for final verification.

    01
  • Private evaluation with a full explanation

We test, weigh and inspect everything in front of you and explain what each factor does to the price. No back room and no guessing.

    02
  • Get your offer and get paid

You receive a clear offer with the reasoning behind it. Accept and payment goes out the same day in most cases.

What Actually Moves Your Offer

Market demand sets the ceiling

Resale pricing follows what buyers are paying today, not what the piece cost when it was new.

Small details change big numbers

A certificate, an original box, a service record or a matching band can move the offer more than most people expect.

Not everything is scrap

Designer pieces, collectible coins and certain gold items are worth well above melt. We check for that before anything gets weighed.

The evaluation

What We Look At in Each Category

Every category has its own value drivers. Here is what we check before a number goes on the table.

Designer and Estate Jewelry

Brand, collection and model demand, condition, completeness of sets and the premium a signed piece carries over its raw materials.

Diamonds

Cut, color, clarity and carat first, then shape demand, certification and whether the stone is loose or mounted.

Rolex and Luxury Watches

Reference and configuration, condition, box and papers, service history and what the model is trading for right now.

Gold, Coins, Bars and Metals

Purity in karats, weight and live market conditions, plus the premium coins and bullion carry above melt value.

What to expect

Typical Time and What to Expect

Single item

Most single pieces are evaluated quickly. A plain gold chain takes minutes, a signed ring or a watch takes a bit longer.

Multiple items or collections

Collections take more time because every piece is sorted and valued on its own. That is exactly what keeps the strong items from being averaged down.

High value watches and diamonds

Larger stones and high end watches get extra attention on details and completeness. If an additional step is needed, we tell you what it is and why before we do it.

Bigger lots

Selling Collections, Estates and Mixed Lots

Selling a whole jewelry box, an estate, or a mix of gold, diamonds and watches is easier in person and by appointment: private, structured and unhurried. We separate the pieces that deserve a premium from the ones valued mainly for their metal, so nothing good disappears into the scrap pile.

What to Bring With You

Designer and estate jewelry

The pieces plus original packaging if you still have it. Bring sets together, they are worth more complete than split up.

Diamonds

The GIA or other certificate if you have one, plus any appraisals or receipts. Matching bands and settings should come along too.

Watches

Box, papers, warranty card, extra links or straps and service records. Each one can add to the final number.

Gold, coins and bars

Bring mixed lots together with any packaging or documents. Also bring a valid government issued ID, California law requires it for every purchase.
